I’ve spent much of my life leading, building, and carrying responsibility for others. Raised in the quiet wilderness of Alaska and shaped by years in leadership and business, my path has been grounded in resilience, clarity, and a deep sense of responsibility.

Over time, I learned that success without alignment comes at a cost. Leadership that disconnects you from your values, your voice, or your sense of self is not sustainable.  That understanding now shapes how I guide others through seasons of change, helping  them lead with presence, honesty, and intention.

What I’ve Learned

From those quiet mountains, I built a life shaped by hard work and intention. I moved from restaurant floors to boardrooms, eventually founding and scaling a nationally recognized company.

But the most important lessons didn’t come from business growth. They came from losing my boundaries, my voice, and my sense of alignment and choosing to reclaim them.

Here’s what I know now.

Success without clarity isn’t success.

Today, I help leaders slow down, reconnect, and lead from a place of wholeness. My work is grounded in presence, personal responsibility, and the freedom to follow what matters most.

As a mother of twins, I’ve learned that authentic leadership isn’t about titles or authority. It’s about the courage to be fully yourself and the safety you create for others to do the same.

As a coach to founders, creatives, and leaders in seasons of transition, I don’t offer quick fixes or performative techniques. I offer truth, space, unwavering presence, and deep curiosity.

I call myself a Leader of Opportunity, not because I hand people their path, but because I help them return to their own. I help leaders find the energy, clarity, and inner alignment they need to rise authentically, rather than perform their way through life.
