For those who
feel there must
be more.
A life can be full of responsibility, achievement, and leadership, and still feel incomplete. When something deeper begins to call you forward, the work becomes one of clarity and alignment.
My work is grounded in lived experience and resilience and in the belief that leadership begins with coming home to yourself, so your life and leadership can feel intentional, steady, and true.
Nissa Cleman
I’ve spent much of my life leading, building, and carrying responsibility for others. Raised in the quiet wilderness of Alaska and shaped by years in leadership and business, my path has been grounded in resilience, clarity, and a deep sense of responsibility.
Over time, I learned that success without alignment comes at a cost. Leadership that disconnects you from your values, your voice, or your sense of self is not sustainable. That understanding now shapes how I guide others through seasons of change, helping them lead with presence, honesty, and intention.
What I’ve Learned
From those quiet mountains, I built a life shaped by hard work and intention.
I moved from restaurant floors to boardrooms, eventually founding and scaling a nationally recognized company.
But the most important lessons didn’t come from business growth. They came from losing my boundaries, my voice, and my sense of alignment, and choosing to reclaim them.
Here’s what I know now.
Success without clarity isn’t success. Alignment is where leadership truly begins.
Today, I help leaders slow down, reconnect, and lead from a place of wholeness. My work is grounded in presence, personal responsibility, and the freedom to follow what matters most.
As a mother of twins, I’ve learned that authentic leadership isn’t about titles or authority. It’s about the courage to be fully yourself, and the safety you create for others to do the same.
She began her professional path in the heart of the restaurant world—long hours, fast pace, and the deep human art of service. It was here she uncovered something elemental: that leadership without authenticity is empty, and that showing up as yourself isn’t a risk. It’s the doorway to real impact.
That truth followed her into her entrepreneurial chapter, where she founded DaBella in the home improvement sector. With vision and grit, she led the company to national recognition not by chasing status but by staying rooted in integrity, quality, and care. Her leadership became a reflection of her values. Do the work, hold the line, and never lose sight of the people behind the mission.
Now calling Austin, Texas home, Nissa dedicates her life to walking beside leaders—CEOs, executives, visionaries—as they navigate seasons of change. She calls herself a Leader of Opportunity, someone who holds space for truth, for transition, for the kind of growth that doesn’t scream but echoes. Her work is rooted in the belief that vulnerability is not weakness but a pathway to powerful connected leadership.
Her mission is simple but bold: to remind people of their own agency. That we can choose again. That we can change. As Madeleine Albright said, “What people have the capacity to choose, they have the ability to change.” Through coaching, mentoring, and storytelling, Nissa invites others to take radical ownership of their lives, not to perform leadership but to embody it. Not to prove, but to become. Her work is less about giving answers and more about creating the conditions where real soul-deep answers can rise to the surface.
Currently writing her memoir, a self-help narrative drawn from years of lived experience, she hopes to offer not just insight but companionship for others on the path. Whether in the ballroom, on a trail, or at the dinner table with her children, she continues to live a life led by presence, purpose, and the kind of strength that doesn’t need to shout.
Nissa Cleman is not here to impress. She’s here to invite. To guide others into lives they don’t need to escape from. To remind us that true leadership isn’t in how loudly we lead, but in how fully we show up.
She is not just a leader.
She is a catalyst for transformation and a steady invitation to return to what matters most.
