That truth followed her into her entrepreneurial chapter, where she founded DaBella in the home improvement sector. With vision and grit, she led the company to national recognition not by chasing status but by staying rooted in integrity, quality, and care. Her leadership became a reflection of her values. Now calling Austin, Texas home, Nissa dedicates her life to walking beside leaders—CEOs, executives, visionaries—as they navigate seasons of change. She calls herself a Leader of Opportunity, someone who holds space for truth, for transition, for the kind of growth that doesn’t scream but echoes. Her work is rooted in the belief that vulnerability is not weakness but a pathway to powerful connected leadership.
